Many call this explanation pretentious bullshit. They assume the author created this blog as a writing portfolio to show potential employers--to "please boss man" into giving him a job.
All these people are wrong and none of these people actually exist. The real reason the author named this blog no one reads the way he named it was in tribute to this excellent song.
